Current Topics in Agronomic Science is an international scientific journal, edited annually in a bilingual, open-access electronic format by the Universidad Autónoma Chapingo (UACh), Mexico, which covers current scientific articles on Agricultural Systems, Natural Resources and Biodiversity, Animal Science, Agroindustry, Socioeconomic Sciences, and Educational Sciences.
Current Topics in Agronomic Science is an open-access journal, meaning all content is freely available to users and their institutions. Based on a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) license, users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author.
Frequency of publication. Current Topics in Agronomic Science published its first issue in October 2021. It was published semi-annually, and from 2022 to 2024 it published two issues per year. Starting in 2025, Current Topics in Agronomic Science adopted a continuous publication model with a single annual volume, whose content is updated on the website throughout the year. The publication is administered by the Coordinación de Revistas Institucionales (CORI, Institutional Journals Coordination) of the Universidad Autónoma Chapingo, Mexico.
