Publication method: To reduce publication times and promote early circulation of accepted articles, the journal uses a continuous publication strategy. This means that once a manuscript is accepted, it undergoes a style review, which is the first stage of the production process. It is then processed to assign a DOI (digital object identifier) and placed as an advanced publication in the current volume, allowing for immediate citation and ensuring its traceability, visibility, and integration into indexing systems.
Subject Areas: Agricultural Systems, Natural Resources and Biodiversity, Animal Science, Agroindustry, Food Science and Technology, Socioeconomic Sciences, and Educational Sciences. See the Objectives and Scope section for more information.
Publication costs: The entire publication process is free for authors. Current Topics in Agronomic Science does not require authors to pay for manuscript submission, review, formatting, or publication.
Publication time: Current Topics in Agronomic Science sets an editorial processing time of no more than six months between manuscript submission and eventual publication.
