Abstract

In this work, Martínez and Proto coordinate the presentation of different perspectives related to the assessment exercise in the public management cycle from a de-colonial approach. This study is relevant as it joins in the discussion about concepts such as inequality, racism and neo-colonialism in the framework of another equally important current discussion, that of questioning modernizing development and the significance of more appropriate concepts like the welfare. All this, without putting aside the epistemological contribution to the exercise of public administration in its direct action reflected in terms of politics, plans, programs and projects.
