Abstract
On February 21, 1848, already 182 years ago, the “Manifesto of the Communist Party” was published. Since then, it has been the subject of several reissues and countless critical analyses by commentators of a diverse nature and trend, including those who consider that Marx and Engels were completely wrong in their “prophecies,” those who accuse them of laying the foundations for the subsequent establishment of totalitarian regimes such as the case of the former USSR, and even those who are once again taking up the central core of critical analysis of Marx and occasionally of Engels.
