The RChSAT is published by the Chapingo Autonomous University (UACh) under an open-access policy. It accepts original and unpublished collaborations written in Spanish or English that have not been submitted (in part or in full) simultaneously to other national or international scientific publications.

Currently, the journal is bilingual (English and Spanish) and published continuously (one volume per year), with e-ISSN: 2954-3886.

RChSAT employs a continuous publication strategy, which means that once a manuscript is accepted, it undergoes a style review–the first stage of the production process–is processed for the assignment of a DOI (Digital Object Identifier), and is placed as an advanced publication in the volume in progress, allowing for immediate citation and ensuring its traceability, visibility, and integration into indexing systems.

Manuscripts submitted to the RChSAT must address one of the following topics:

• Natural resources
• Socioeconomics
• Other topics as recommended by the Journal’s Editorial Board
