Keywords: Productivity, GPV, and RMAO/goat.
The objectives of this study were to determine the physical and monetary productivities per animal in the milk and meet producing sub-subsector, and the herd composition effects, physical outputs and real prices on the Real Monetary Aggregate output per Animal Unit (RMAO / animal). The temporary-spatial study area delimitation was confined to the region denominated Comarca Lagunera, Mexico, for the 1990-2007 period. It was used methodology of Descriptive Economy. It was always compared 2005-2007 versus 1990-1992. Results shows that the regional level was found that the number of goat decrement 1.7% from 559,741 to 410,487 goat. Meanwhile the milk goat increasing the number of 22% from 150,475 animals in the base year to 184,532, which promote of production increasing 144.6% from 33,057/litters a 80,857 litters per year, meanwhile the value increasing 71.1% from $127.5 millions of pesos to $218.4 million of pesos, and the real prices of milk descended 31.9% from $3.96 to $2.70. In the other hand the goat producing meat decreased the number in 44.8% from 409,267 animals to 225,965 animals in the triennium 2005-2007, however the production of meat increasing 9.6% from 3,709 ton per year to 4,064 tones per year in the end triennium, in the other hand the value generated decreased 21.4% from $124.1millions of pesos to $97.5 millions of pesos, to diminish the prices per kilogram of meat 29.1% from $33.83 to $23.97. The physic productivity of the goat milking increasing 70% from 261.6 to 444.6 litters of milk/ goat and the monetary productivity measured whit RMAO / goat milking, increasing the GPV 76.1% from $179.4 millions of pesos to $135.9 millions of pesos, as well as the RMAO/animal increasing 158.6% from $437 millions of pesos to $1,130 millions of pesos, in the other hand to worsen the real prices per litter of milk and the meat kilogram from $3.96 to $2.70/ litter of milk and $33.83 to $23.97/meat kilogram diminished the GPV 32.2% from $446/goat to $315.9/goat, while the RMAO/goat diminished 0.4% from $1,135/goat to $1,130/ goat.
